The 13th annual Cape Cod Frozen Fat Ass 50K took place Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019, on Sandy Neck Beach in Barnstable, Mass. Thirty runners completed the 50K run on the sand of Barnstable, while another 48 completed one loop of the course for a 25K finish.
